·         Our last Curling league games are Monday and Wednesday of next week.  There will be pizza, pop and snacks after curling finishes each day.  Please let Mrs Burton, Mr Wilford or Ms Cameron if you cannot attend.


·         Attention all students who are going on the St-Donat French trip this Sunday:  this is a reminder that the bus will be leaving at 7 am sharp!  Please be in the parking lot here at school a few minutes before 7 so that we can leave on time.  If any students have any questions at all about the trip see Mr Yull in room 206 today during period 3 or right after school.  Otherwise see you all bright and early Sunday morning.


·         Soldier – On is selling Valentine’s Candy Grams in the atrium.  Come buy them periods 3 & 4 for only $1.00 each.


·         The Jr girls volleyball team defeated Holy Trinity last night in their final game of the regular season.  After losing the first set the girls came back strong in the second set winning 25-13.  The Jr girls will now move on to the quad A semi -finals in Georgetown.  The sr girls will play their final game at OT on Monday after school.


·         Yesterday our varsity boys hockey team traveled to Toronto to participate in the Canlan Canadian Classic.  The team won their first two games 7 -0 over Timmins and 2-1 over Sarnia Secondary.  The team will continue play today with hopes of qualifying for the finals.


·         Are you in grade 10?  Do you want to get involved in planning school events while earning credit towards graduation?  Then sign up to take the leadership course for the upcoming school year.  There will be an information session about the course Tuesday after school in the Cafeteria.  If you want to sign up for the course but did not receive a recommendation letter pick up an application form from the Guidance department.
