The RDC will be selling frozen treats- Jumbo Freezies, Ice Cream Sandwiches and mini chocolate bars today during Periods 3 and 4. Bring your loonies and toonies and come have a “Frezzie Friday”

Grade 12 students, who are multiple sport athletes, are encouraged to check the list of accumulated Athletic Points during periods 3 and 4 today.  The list of Athletic Points is located outside the RDC office.  If there is a discrepancy between what is on the list, in comparison to what you think you have earned during your time at OT, you are asked to fill in a pink form at the RDC desk, which will be validated by your coaches and confirmed by the Athletic Dept.  These pink forms are due by the end of period 4 today and will not be accepted next week.

Congratulations to the Track Team on a great season.  We concluded the season last night at OFSAA where Max Stewart ran a 50.40 400m to finish 14th in the province.  Other highlights include qualifying races in the south regionals by Alex Thayer, Ellen McGee and Lucy Pennyfather.

A pair of eye glasses has been found.  If you’re lost yours, please come to the office.

Today is the 70th Anniversary of D-Day.  Brave Canadian men gave their lives in the war effort, and they will remember.  “They shall not grow as we that are left grow old.  Age shall not weary them, nor shall it condemn.  At the going down of the sun, are in the morning we will remember them. “

Volunteers Needed. New Central Public School needs your help! Come and volunteer at our Spring Fair, June 14 10am to 2 pm. Come to the main office for more information.
