·         Grade 12 students who applied for their PIN numbers late can come to Guidance to pick them up.

 

·         Join Wellness Council for a cup of tea Tuesday – Thursday in the atrium, as we raise money to support the Canadian Alzheimers Society!  $1.00 a cup with free refills.

 

·         There will be a mandatory “ board” meeting for all members of the longboard club after school tomorrow Dec 3rd in room 164.  If you are unable to attend see Mrs Schleifer or Mr Sampson.

 

·         Every year people suffer in the harsh Canadian winter due to the lack of clothing.  We decided to take action and collect clothing donations for the Salvation Army, from December 9th to December 17th during 4th period in the atrium.

 

·         This is an announcement for all clubs that participated in Devil’s Day on Friday.  If you have leftovers in the RDC office please pick them up by the end of the day.

 

·         Do you want to help the neglected, homeless and abused animals of Oakville and Milton?  Then you and your pet should take a picture with Santa this holiday season.  To see when you can take a pic visit the animal rights bulletin board at the top of the main staircase for more info.

 

·         Would you like to learn more about your choices in high school?  No matter what your destination; Apprenticeship, College, University or directly to work we have information for you at the upcoming Pathways Information Evenings.  This is your opportunity to find out more about OYAP, Specialist High Skills Major or other specialty School to Career programs.  This week we have an information evening at White Oaks from 6 – 8.  For other dates and more information go to www.schooltocareer.ca

 

·         Free the Children is having our “we create change campaign” to collect change.  All the money raised will be going to build schools overseas.  This year we will be having a contest with each period 5 class starting Dec 4th to see who can raise the most money and win a pizza party.

 

·         The Seussical Musical is here!  Get your ticket forms in the main office.  Show dates are Dec 4th,5th, and 6th so hurry before they sell out.

 

·         Ski and Snowboard team will be meeting in room 112 for practice tonight right after school.

 

·         There will be no Champions Club workouts today because of a staff meeting.  Workouts resume tomorrow.
