·        For those of you who signed up to perform at open Mic Night, there will be previews this Thursday right after school in the theater.  If you want to be part of the Open Mic Night you must come to previews in order to be in the program and onstage.

·        Who doesn’t like winning money? And isn’t it even better when you can help someone else at the same time? During periods 3 & 4 until April16th, OT’s Philanthropy Club is running a 50/50 draw in support of Soldier On – an organization focused on physical rehabilitation of Canadian veterans and soldiers.  Come by our table in the atrium, and for just a loonie feel good about helping a Canadian hero, and have a chance to win more than your money back in the form of a gift card of your choice!

·        OT! This April is Daffodil Month. Come out periods 3 & 4 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week and donate to the Relay booth in front of the Cafeteria for a Daffodil.  Help support Canadians living with cancer by wearing a pin!

·        There is a very brief but important meeting after school in room 232 for students planning to write the AP economics exams.

·        Great News! Cashless Payment is now working in our Cafeteria.

·        Yesterday our Varsity Girls soccer team began their 2014 season by capturing the Consolation Championship at the St. Thomas Aquinas Invitational.  The girls defeated St. Paul and Robert Hall Secondary by the same 2-1 score and drew a 0-0- draw with Aquinas. Congratulations girls on a good start to the year.

·        There will be a Wellness Council meeting today after school in room 202, the usual room.  New members are always welcome. See you there!
