  • Last call for the University of Waterloo chemistry contests.  You must see either Mrs Grzesik or Mrs McPhee by April 3rd to sign up in the science office.


  • This is just a reminder that any teams of 10 interested in participating in Relay for Life this year have until April 5th to register.  Registration cheques for $15.00 must be made out to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Registration forms, team captain forms and survivor participant forms can be picked up outside the office at the Relay table today.  This is your chance to help OT have the best Relay event yet so don’t miss out.  Guests are welcome to come however they must leave at 11pm and make a donation of any amount for entry.


  • Come to the Atrium during 4th period to enter a candy contest!  Correctly guess how many pieces of candy are in the jar and you could win the whole jarful.  Guesses are $1 each and all proceeds go to World Vision.


  • The OTHS Robotics team had a stellar weekend at the Hershey Center.  After finishing 2nd in round robin play the team made it to the finals.  The team was awarded the Engineering Inspiration Award for their outstanding work within the community.  Sam Thompson was honoured with the Dean’s List Regional award for his hard work with the team.  The team flies out later today to compete in Calgary this weekend.


  • Attention DECA members; check the Facebook page for information about the DECA party on Wednesday after school in room 232.


  • Sign up for Gotcha, formerly known as Assassin, is only this week so make sure Grade 12’s you come to the RDC office 3rd or 4th period.  Don’t miss out


Track practice is cancelled today.  Be ready to practice outside tomorrow
