·         Thursday is Pyjama Day at OT.  All students who wear their PJ’s can come to the cafeteria at lunch for a free cookie, compliments of the RDC.

·         Attention animal rights club members; the animal rights club will be meeting Thursday after school instead of Wednesday.  Remember to bring your large sewing needle.

·         The 39 DECA students who qualified for Provincials in February will practice today at 3.

·         Our Varsity hockey team traveled to Burlington to participate in the Early Edition tournament and won 2 of the 3 games.

·         The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award club will be having our first meeting tomorrow in each of the lunch periods and after school.  The participant record books have arrived so come out during your lunch or after school to get information on starting the award program.  We will be meeting in room 136 and the coop room during lunch and in the library after school.

·         Attention Free the Children; there is no meeting today, see you next Tuesday in room 190.

·         Students writing the Canadian Intermediate or Senior Canadian Mathematics Contest on Thursday November 21 go to room 214 at the beginning of period 3.  The contest is 2 hours and you may eat your lunch during the contest.

·         Grad Photos will be taking place all week in the staff room.  All appointments need to be made on line and there are brochures in the main office.

·         Have you ever seen a group watching someone getting bullied?  There are some who look, then walk away; there are others who watch and say nothing; and then there are those who cheer it on.  These responses make a huge difference in the outcome of every bullying situation.  Over 57% of bullying stops when another student intervenes. Come down to the Atrium and sign the banner to help raise awareness and to pledge that we will try to end bullying at OT.
