·         Quick reminder to all grade 12’s that there will be PROM 2015 information meeting in the cafeteria Friday morning at 8 am. 


·         Attention all grade 9’s taking French this year; if you are interested in going on this year’s French trip to St Donat, Quebec in February please remind your parents of tonight’s information session at 7 pm in the library.


·         Attention all grade 9 students:  go check out the brand new OT Talk board beside the theater for all the information you need on things such as sports teams, upcoming events, assemblies and more.  Also go like our Facebook page, OT Talk 2014, for regular updates on theses extra -curricular activities.


·         There will be a curling meeting Thursday after school in room 232.  Bring health forms and initialed curling waiver.


·         Yesterday the senior boys volleyball team played Christ the King.  In spite of some great play by Kenni Dobson and Malcolm Prentice we lost 2 very close sets.  Come out to the gym Thursday at 3:30 and watch the boys redeem themselves when they play Holy Trinity.


·         Congratulations to the senior girls field hockey team on their 1 -0 victory over Notre Dame.  The goal was scored by Abbey Henley who also earned Player of the Game.


·         Kudos to the junior girls field hockey team yesterday.  Despite Notre Dame’s early lead the girls never gave up and tied 2 – all in the final short corner.  Scores were made by Reese Cutcliffe with assists from Jordan Somers.


·         Today is the last day to sign up for the Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge on Cashless.  If you have difficulty with cashless hand in cash or cheques to Ms Preiner in room 213 Thursday morning.  See signs posted on the Math Contest board located outside the Math and Science office or in your math classroom.
