·         The Sr boys volleyball team stepped up yesterday and played the game of their lives, defeating the defending OFSAA champions Georgetown in four tough fought sets to take the GHAC title.  Player of the game goes to Jack Peros for both his smart play and incomparable team spirit.   The boys move on to OFSAA next week.

·         Yesterday the Jr Football team travelled to McMaster University to play in the Tier 1 Football Championship.  The boys fought a tough game against an undefeated Nelson High School.  OT scored two touchdown passes from Russel Weir to James Birchenough, Nelson however, proved difficult to beat.   Despite many great plays on Offense and Defense and a couple late drives that almost tied the game, OT was unable to pull off the victory in the 22-14 game.  This was OT’s first  Jr team in around 6 years and they competed in the Tier Final.  The boys should be very proud of themselves.
