·         Concert Choir is starting up again today after school.  Anyone who is interested in joining can come check it out at rehearsal today at 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. in the vocal music room.


·         Any students taking an on-line course this semester, AND are NEW to this format, are invited to attend a meeting in the library seminar room during their lunch periods on Thursday, Feb. 9th.  Please connect with Mrs. Miles for further information.


·         Quick meeting on Wednesday in Rm. 116 to kick of Frisbee season.  Indoor practices starting soon.


·         This afternoon in our gym, our junior girls volleyball team plays their final regular season match, followed by the senior team.  Both teams are in first place.  Come out and cheer us on!


·         Attention Soldier ON members!  There will be a meeting in our regular Rm. 114 today after school.  See you there!  We will be talking about St.  Valentine’s Day Candy Grams today.!


·         It’s DECA Provincials Week!  All members are reminded to stop by Rm. 137 tomorrow during period 3.  Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism members will also have their exam at that time. 


·         Today our varsity boys hockey team travels to Burlington to take on the Fighting Irish of Notra Dame.  The puck drops at 3:30 p.m.  Would teachers please excuse members of the team at 1:30 p.m.  Thank you and good luck Devils.


·         Attention Wind Ensemble members.  A reminder that we will have a guest conductor tomorrow and rehearsal will run from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.


·         All students who are interested in writing the Canadian Computing Competition, are asked to register after school in Room 125 today.  See Mr. Wilford it you have any questions.


·         There are assemblies today for course selectionGrade 9’s will be in Period 1, Grade 11 in Period 2 and Grade 10’s are in Period 5.  Teachers, your classes will be called down about 25 minutes into the period.
