·         This is a reminder to Senior Reach members that tonight’s practice is mandatory in preparation for next week’s tournament.

·         If you are looking for opportunities to make an impact in our community, you can do that with the Volunteer Outreach Club.  We will be having our first meeting today in room 210.

·         This is a reminder to drop off any pencils, pens, novels and notebooks you have to give to under privileged kids for “ Read, Write, Repeat”!  Together we can give kids a quality education so they can stay focused on school instead of supplies they need.  You can drop off items in the box in front of the café every morning or can visit

·         Yesterday our varsity boys hockey team traveled to Toronto to participate in the 37th Annual Brother Arthur hockey tournament.  The Devils opened up against East York from Toronto.  Despite controlling the play for most of the game the team could not capitalize on their chances and lost the game 2-1.  Scoring for the Devils was Devlin Forsyth.  Today the boys face off against host school De La Salle College and Crescent College.

·         The weight room will be closed tonight.  Sorry for the inconvenience, see you next Friday.

·         It’s Friday which means Board Game Club is back. Periods 3 & 4 in the new room, 189.

·         Attention grade 9 Debaters registered to attend the UTS Tournament:  you must attend a brief meeting after school today in room 118.

·         Did you know that transgender women who survive hate attacks are 6 X more likely to experience assault when interacting with the police.  To condemn violence against women we wear white on December 6th.
