·         This past weekend the varsity boys hockey team traveled to Toronto to participate in the Canlan York Canadian Classic tournament.  The team won both their opening games on Thursday and won their opening game Friday 9-1 over Lively Secondary from Sudbury.  This earned the Devils first place in their pool and a spot in the finals against Bill Crothers of Markham.  The Devils found themselves down early but fought back to close the game to 3-2 going into the third period, however the Crothers offence proved to be too much and the Devils lost a hard fought game 5-3.
