·         Those participating in “ A Play in a Day”  must attend a brief meeting the theatre after school today.  Forms and roles will be distributed.

·         The senior reach team represented OT at the Provincial Championship this weekend.  They were on fire- defeating much more highly ranked teams in our pool of death- and finished in 13th place out of 40.  Fantastic work and congratulations to Nick Fontes, Steven Han, Liam Rooney, Thomas Dell and Tony Zu.

·         This past Thursday the varsity girls soccer team celebrated seniors day on our back field when they hosted the Mustangs of Milton.  The team worked hard and missed a number of good chances;  not until Alex Craig connected on a 20 yarder to break the 0-0 draw did the Devils get on the score board.  The goal proved to be the winner.  The coaches would like to congratulate our seniors Heather, Alex and Dayna on a great season.  The Devils ended the regular season undefeated and first place in their division.  The team will start their play offs on Tuesday when they travel to Bronte Athletic field to take on the Spartans of Craig Keilburger.

·         Congratulations to the Junior boys soccer team for being the Consolation Champions in the OT Junior boys Invitational Soccer tournament held this past Friday.  The team accomplished their win by beating Aldershot 3-1, losing a tough match 2-0 against Jean Vanier and by coming back from a 3-1 deficit winning a thrilling game against LBP in penalties.  Shout out to Liam Deschamp for anchoring the team in goal and receiving the tournament MVP award.

·         If you signed up for the GSA Conference taking place tomorrow in Milton, you must come see Mr Vidal in room 206 today in period 3 or after school to pick up a permission form to get on the bus!
