·         Do you know or want to know how to use business applications like spreadsheets?  Do you know or want to learn how to run a business?  Are you interested in unique business opportunities?  Then we want you to join Oakville Trafalgar’s Robotics team, after school Thursday in room 163.


·         Have you collected your items yet?  Remember to support the well-being of aboriginal youths by bringing in school supplies, art supplies and other items to your period 3 & 4 class.  By doing this we can support their mental health by giving them positive things to do.


·         Rotary Leadership Camp:  Two OT students will be selected to attend this 3 day camp for students currently in grade 9 and 10 taking place Sept 15 -17, 2017.  Candidates should show strong leadership potential and have good communication skills.  Students interested in being considered should submit a one page letter indicating their interest and experience to the guidance office by this Friday May 5th.


·         Attention members of the Physics Club:  we will be writing the Sir Isaac Newton Contest in room 203 during period 3.  If you signed up for the contest please be there during lunch.  If you forgot to sign up you can still come and contribute to the team.  The contest will be written by a team up to 8 members.  See you there.


·         Are you interested in showcasing artsy talents to the school?  You should perform at the Coffeehouse, next Thursday.  You can sign up by adding your name to the sign- up sheet outside the RDC office.


·         Due to the rain forecast the Junior girls tennis is cancelled for today.


·         Open Improv will be cancelled today due to the music concert but will return next Thursday.


·         Looking for volunteer hours?  James W Hill is having their Spring Fair Saturday, May 27th from 9 -3.  Sign- up sheet is in the main office if interested.


·         Check your closets and pull out everything you have that is green!  Tomorrow is green day!  As we end  mental health week we would love to see everyone wearing green tomorrow.
