·         It’s Thursday which means Board Game Club is back.  Periods 3 & 4 in room 195.


·         There will be a brief meeting of students interested in joining the Environmental Club today after school in room 195.  Any questions see Ms Farquharson.


·         Open Improv this Monday in the theatre at 3 PM.  All are welcome.


·         Yesterday the Junior field hockey team played hard at Hayden in 2 league games, tying the first 0-0 and winning the second 3-0.  Goals were scored by Katie McCarter, Emily Schiavone and Natasha Browning.  Players of the games were Maggie McLean and Emily Schiavone.


·         Reminder there will be an OT Robotics meeting today for all members in the CAD Lab.


·         Come to the Devil’s Pit today and tomorrow during periods 3 & 4 to pick up your yearbook.


·         To all those interested in joining the swim team:  there will be a brief meeting today after school in room 134.


·         Yesterday the senior football team hosted Iroquois Ridge.  OT got out to a quick start when Judhis Lily stripped the ball and returned it for a touchdown.  The game was tied 6-6 through 3 quarters.  Despite solid defense and flashes of offence the Devils were unable to score enough points to win.


·         The Ignite club is holding their first welcome meeting today in room 197 at 3 PM.  We welcome everyone to come enjoy food, fun, and an opportunity to learn more about Christianity.  Bring your friends and anyone who is interested.


·         Are you interested in joining the Ski and Snowboard team this year?  Then come to an information meeting today after school in the café.  We will be discussing an exciting opportunity this year for members of the team.


·         The Senior girls basketball team continued their winning ways yesterday at Sainte-Trinite. After a slow start to the game OT picked up the pace started rebounding and increased the intensity on defence.  This resulted in a 52-30 final score.  Standouts in the game included:  Annie B and Chelsea C for their tenacious rebounding; Emilie D for her excellent perimeter defence and Anna B for being the game high scorer, finishing with 23 points.
