·         The Pen Drive is continuing today during periods 3 & 4 in the atrium.  We will be collecting used pens, mechanical pencils and markers that have run out of ink.  Students and staff are invited to participate.  Recycle your used pens by this Thursday for a chance to win prizes and gift cards.

·         Attention all Snowboard team members:  there is a quick mandatory meeting today immediately after school in room 104.

·         Yesterday the Varsity girls’ hockey team took on the Trailblazers of Iroquois Ridge.  It was a fast game from the start with good goaltending at both ends.  The game was tied 1-1 heading into the third period when the Devils were able to pull ahead and earn a 3-2 victory.  Shout out to Fiona Gervin for dominating the game sheet with 2 goals and 2 penalties.

·         A reminder to all rugby players to hand forms into Mr Schaffler.  Also check Google Classroom for tryout days.

·         The February edition of our favorite newspaper, The Devil’s Advocate is hot off the presses and chock full of interesting articles.  Come down to the Library or check the library website for your free copy.

·         Yesterday the Varsity boys’ hockey team traveled to Joshua Creek Arena to take on the Eagles of Abbey Park.  It was a close game with the Devils coming out on top 3-2.

·         This is a reminder from Guidance that Course Selections for the 2020-2021 school year are due one week from today.  If you need to help with your choices you have until Thursday this week to see a counsellor.  Get into My Blueprint and submit by 8 AM Tuesday the 18th at the latest.  Students are reminded to print off the verification sheet once they have submitted their courses in My Blueprint.  Get your sheet signed and return it to your period 5 teachers.

·         If you are in grade 12 and have not already indicated Not Returning in My Blueprint we ask that you do that now.  Simply login to My Blueprint, navigate to your High School Plan, select Not Returning and submit.  If you are a grade 12 student planning to return to OT next year you should see Mr Pope in Guidance by Thursday this week.
