·         There will be a junior girls tennis practice today after school.


·         Remember to bring school supplies, books etc to fill up your donation box for First Nations Schools in your period 3 / 4 class if you want to be entered in a raffle to win a pizza party for your class.


·         If you are interested in doing your co-op next year at Cogeco Cable or the Oakville Hospital, please see Mrs Stearns-Brown in room 136 ASAP.


·         Looking for volunteer hours?  James W Hill is having their Spring Fair Saturday, May 27th from 9 -3.  Sign- up sheet is in the main office if interested.


·         Yesterday our varsity girls soccer team hosted the Mustangs of Milton.  The Devils came out fast and took control on route to a 7-1 victory.  Scoring for the Devils was Anne-Sophie Sraka, Alex Garvey, Cassandra Rego, and with 2 goals each Anna Bremermann and Samantha Morrison.


·         Are you tired of sitting on the sidelines and want to be a real leader in your school?  If so, you need to become part of your Student Council also known as the Red Devils Council.  Grade Rep applications are available in the main office, so please come in and pick up an application package right away because the deadline for returning them is Tuesday May 16th at 3:00.  The election will be held on Thursday May 25th.  No late applications will be accepted.


·         Congratulations to your junior girls rugby team who went 2-0 on Friday beating Georgetown 43-0 and STA 39-0 in the pouring rain.


·         On Thursday of last week your senior girls rugby team outscored their opponents 144 -5 over two games and improved to 3-0 in the Halton regular season play.  The Devils remain the #1 ranked team in Ontario and make their home debut today against Christ the King.


·         Come out and support Relay for Life tonight by going to b-good between 6 and 9 pm.  Luminaries and daffodils will be sold as well and 30 % of the proceeds to towards the Canadian Cancer Society.  So come out to our last fundraiser for this year.


·         A reminder that Relay Olympics is this  Thursday May 11th in period 3 & 4.  Bring your Relay team to the field for amazingly fun games and you get points.  Its free and requires no sign up.


Attention Relay Participants:  if you have a severe allergy, food related health issue, or religious food exceptions see Mrs Piroski in room 189 A for a food exception form.  These are available  this week and next and are due by Wed May 24th
