Last Tuesday over 120 OT students proved they could DECA!  They participated in the annual Regional business competition in Halton.  Dressed to impress, students competed in hopes of winning a spot at Provincials.  Many students were awarded “ Top Ten” in their category for the written test and the oral role play.  A special congratulations goes to:  Shane Randal, Amanda He and Anthony Weston who placed Top 2 Overall in their events.  The list of award winners as well as those who qualified for Provincials will be posted outside the business office.

Yesterday saw the end of the season for the senior boys volleyball team.  They fought hard in semi- final play against Christ the King but were unable to recover the win.  Congratulations to all the boys for their team work, attitude and dedication over a long season and on finishing in third place of Tier One for Halton.

Open Mic Night tickets are on sale by the atrium periods 3 & 4 for $5.00.

Girls interested in playing junior or senior volleyball are invited to a meeting tomorrow at 3:00 in room 224.

Melis Atalay, Kate Chalmers & Tanis Sanders represented OT at the annual field hockey all- star game yesterday.  The girls and coach Cameron helped to lead team East to victory.  Congratulations Red Devils.
