·         Some say that Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year but what a better way to make it wonderful then Candy Grams.  Stop by the atrium during periods 3 & 4 next week and purchase some candy grams either for your friends or even yourself.  Once again this is a quick reminder to all Soldier On members that the Soldier On meeting will be right after school today in room 210.

·         Yesterday the junior girls volleyball team faced off against Garth Webb in our home opener.  Thanks to a spectacular 17 point serving run by powerhouse Katie Tint, the girls took both sets for the win.  Special mention goes out to Katherine Li for her amazing kills in the third set.

·         Do you have a desire to enhance your academic studies or challenge your knowledge against 1st year university material?  If you answered yes then you should consider writing one or more Advanced Placement Exams this May at OT.  A score of 4 or 5 out of 5 on the AP exam could earn you a university credit or advanced standing or both.  On Tuesday December 12th come to room 237 at the beginning of period 3 or room 232 at the beginning of period 4 to learn about AP exams, exam preparation and exam registration .  Visit Ms Tummon in Learning Resources or Mrs O’Hara in guidance for further AP exam information.

·         This year we will be participating in Rebecca’s Gift.  Bring in any gift cards or gifts for teens to the atrium Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or to the main office.
