·         Are you thinking you should get more active?  Do you enjoy walking or running or think it’s time to give it a try.  Come out to OT’s Run Club starting tomorrow for runners of all abilities.  We meet outside of room 213- come dressed to run outdoors at 3:10 pm.  Registration information and forms are available outside of room 213 this week.

·         Today is a day now known as Rowan’s  Law Day.  A day to remember the importance of reporting any head injury to a coach, parent or teacher.  Today is a day we would like to take a moment to remind everyone about the importance of speaking up.  If you or someone you know has suffered a head injury – ensure  you get the help you  need and take the time necessary  for recovery.
