New and Returning Parents - We Need Your Help!

What is a School Council? School Council is a group of parent volunteers who work with the principal, staff, and the board to bring information and resources back to the parent community.

What's that got to do with me? The school board provides OT a fixed annual budget, however, there are items needed by the students and staff that are not funded by the board.  Parents in the past have generously donated to make up the difference for important student needs and/or school improvements.  Please visit the Fundraising section of the OT website for school council initiatives over the years.

2017/18 School Council donations are lower by 89%

Returning parents may recall that most school related payments/donations were made through Cashless Schools. This year, however, a new system called School Cash Online was introduced and the process for making donations has changed.  As a result, it may no longer be clear to families on how to donate, not only to School Council, but any other worthy cause.

How can I help? In order to restrict fundraising events throughout the school year, we would greatly appreciate your on-line donations (large or small).  Any amount donated will generate a donation receipt from the HDSB.  Your generosity will allow us to continue awarding four scholarships a year to deserving students and allow us to help support students and the school in non-traditional board funded items.

How can I donate using the new system? Follow the instructions on the School Cash Online Donation Tip Sheet at the bottom of this page!

We appreciate your time and valuable investment in our students and our school!

If you have any questions or experience issues, please contact the school at 905-845-2875 and ask to speak with the Business Manager

Thank you for your support!
